Riverheart Family Dentistry is a locally owned private practice in OFallon, MO. Dr. Schwarz is looking for an associate dentist who will make a personal commitment to the health of our patients. We are looking for a strong candidate who connects with people easily, makes great first impressions, shows compassion, establishes a relationship with new patients and extends relationships to existing patients, participates in case acceptance by answering all of the questions after each exam, and champions the entire office while appearing humble.
Dr. Schwarz has a passion for continuing education and looks forward to mentoring an associate in all aspects of dentistry.
Benefits include: daily base pay or 30% adjusted production (whichever is higher), health insurance, free in-house dental care, and money towards continuing education.
The right person for us would be team oriented, committed to patient care and comfortable with change. We believe in giving our guests the VIP treatment and need someone that feels the same way. We are looking for someone to work at least two days per week 7am to 7pm. The hours are flexible so please ask questions regarding the schedule to be sure this would be a great fit for you.
